On top of overcoming time pressure, I created sustainable UX patterns wich allowed Carrefour to expand their catalogue from 50,000 references at launch to 250,000 in 2020.
The foundations allowing multiple consignment checkout are still in use today, dealing with thousands of order a day.
Initially reluctant to conduct customer interviews and create personas due to concerns about project timelines, the client eventually acknowledged the value of this approach. By gaining deeper insights into user needs, we were able to make more informed decisions, avoid stakeholder conflicts, and ultimately stay within the project's timeframe.
